The Head of IBE Marketing is to ensure the development and implementation of the IBE integrated marketing and communications strategy, plans across all relevant channels, effective deployment and monitoring of marketing and communications activities, and overseeing all relevant campaigns and event activation efforts targeting the various stakeholders and audiences. The main responsibilities of the role include: - Engage with the business community via the development and implementation of a marketing and communications strategy as well as work closely with the social media team to ensure integration of the department’s messaging into the always-on content on the Expo main channels; - Ensure integration and alignment of business objectives in Brand marketing campaigns by working closely with the Marketing and communications departments and strategically leveraging their efforts and spends; - Drive integration efforts messaging with UAE tourism boards and oversee and foster the strategic relationships to ensure presence and coverage within significant international B2B & B2G events; - Input into annual budgets for the department and management of its Marketing budget; - Identify key event sponsorship opportunities and execute participation including sponsorship package negotiation; - Managing the end-to-end delivery of all marketing and communications activities e.g. events coordination for engagement in various international markets, through to campaign deployment across multiple integrated channels; - Oversee tactical marketing operations for the department across stakeholder groups through management of outsourced suppliers, agency partners and creative content developers; - Embed culture and vision Expo 2020 by role-modelling organisational behaviours through performance management, feedback and coachin.
المهارات
11+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding or Advertisement, extensive experience and proven track record in marketing and communications activities, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Marketing or communications;
- Experience working with senior stakeholders;
- Dynamic, alert and maintains good relationships with the agencies, business and government communities;
- Project management, self-initiating and group co-operative;
- Strong organizational skills and leadership ability.
