The CAFM Manager FM - Site Management is responsible for administration, operation and management of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system from an Operational Maintenance Perspective. The main responsibilities of this role include: - Lead the implementation of the CAFM system across various stakeholders and functional areas throughout the EXPO; - Lead the CAFM Systems user group to discuss current systems issues and seek input from users regarding ongoing development of the system, playing a pro-active role in the development of the system as required; - Liaise with building contractors to follow through on approved work and ensure work is closed out; - Responsible for the successful delivery and operation of the CAFM system; - Plan and lead the CAFM Management Integration, project managing the CAFM service provider ensuring all the deliverables and KPI’s are met; - Ensure quality information is delivered to users, Site Management Managers & Senior Management teams through a range of reports and other media in accordance with departmental timetables or users’ s requirement; - Ensure the work orders are closed out on the CAFM system. Monitor, schedule and assist the FM Managers in ensuring all PPM is closed out; - To assist in identifying the systems’ training needs and requirements of users and the provision of this through both formal and informal training, liaising with external expert providers as appropriate; - Regular review and update/design of training materials and documentation. To liaise with all members of Staff and Contractors in arranging training/ familiarization sessions. - Preparation of reports for senior management attention outlining any issues across the site.

6+ years in a similar role working within a highly dynamic and complex environment, with specific experience related to developing Site Management and operations, flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change;
- Bachelors degree within a relevant field;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to provide ‘hands on’ support with the venue team and work extended hours when required;
- Basic project management skills of budget, timeline and resources;
- Organizational, time-management, computer and administrative skills;
- Experience of Expos/Mega Event Operations.
