Permanent Contract |Start ASAP A global leader in candidate attraction methodologies for medical and hospital facilities is currently looking to appoint a Business Development Representative based in the UAE. Reporting to the Executive Director directly, you will represent our UK-based company in the UAE and the entire Middle East region in order to promote and extend market penetration and sales of our niche services. We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional who recognizes, and will capitalize on, our potential, and are willing to consider flexible working arrangements. Remuneration is based on a generous percentage of sales with uncapped earning potential, details of which will be discussed with all shortlisted applicants however O.T.E. would be expected to be in the region of US$85,000/year.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Planning, preparing and developing the sales strategy in accordance with business development in UAE and the Middle East
Liaising with local stakeholders in the medical and healthcare industry
Supporting the development and maintenance of strategic sales and marketing plans and campaigns
Developing and effectively supporting key accounts and key opinion leaders in UAE and the Middle East

المهارات
Sales experience in candidate attraction methodologies (job boards, career platforms, healthcare recruitment and marketing) as well as a knowledge of the regional healthcare industry and providers would be highly desirable. Mandatory:
At least 2 years working in a sales and/or marketing environment
Proven track record in consultative selling, providing solutions for small to large organizations
Experience working independently and remotely (initially home-based), e.g. in a start-up environment
Experience dealing with businesses at key decision maker and director level
Willingness to travel the region as and if required
Good communications skills in English
Very good working knowledge MS office and Office 365 environments
Highly Desirable:
An extensive network of contacts within the healthcare industry in UAE; also desirable in any additional countries in the Middle East
