Service Engineer - IT Healthcare

• Provides technical support
• Follows company and divisional guidelines for managing commercial inventory and investigational product inventory
• Provide scheduled preventive maintenance services to contract customers in assigned area
• Provide support coverage 24/7 a day
• Participation in various staff meetings
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and provide remote support
• Additional and occasional responsibilities as per the company requirements
المهارات
Educational Qualification : Computer Science/ IT
Healthcare IT Experience
HIS integration (HL7, DICOM)
Preferably pharmacy automation projects implementation
Minimum 2-3 years experience
