Business Support Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
Continue to develop and implement standardized strategic planning tools to foster consistency over time and across projects. Complete this within the organization’s planning process but enhance the process through specific planning tools as well as syndicated or proprietary databases that enhance the level of thinking and insight injected into the entire process (forecasting, business analysis, growth strategy for existing customers, market research and modelling, reviews and recommendations for process improvements).
Partner with creative/marketing and Sales team to develop disruptive ideas at all points of customer contact.
Support the Head of Strategic Business Support identify critical strategic issues encountered across business functions and assist in analysis of alternative strategic options.
Support the head of department in implementing an effective strategic planning process, including development of long term plan with measurable goals and time targets.
Responsible for compiling, maintaining, analyzing data received.
Assist and support the Head of department with adhoc intelligence reports and presentations.

• Excellent in MS office- Excel(Expert), Powerpoint and Word

• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
