الوصف الوظيفي Custodial for the fleet, attachments, and ancillary fleet equipment including bins register ensuring it complies with the fixed asset register database Manage, facilitate, and ensure all vehicles documentation and registration by the department of transportation is kept in order timely, and is responsible for arranging all inspection visits success Drive and complete the group vehicle investment needs (CAPEX) in coordination with the operational and business development teams to deliver, procure and produce an investment plan and prepare for eventual requirements and fast deployment needs Determine whether to buy or lease assets Ascertain whether to sell, transfer or invest in an asset and lead the procurement of replacement vehicles on a rotational basis to achieve the best operational decision and value for money 0% unaccounted/ misallocated assets Fully audited and compliant fleet and assets Highly utilised and fully addressed standby fleet Maintenance Strategy Management Contribute to the group strategy of increasing profitability through introducing cost control measures, identifying maintenance employee development programmes, and implementing high safety and maintenance practices standards Propose, introduce, and maintain any fleet related system (solution) to control and enhance the performance of the fleet (fuel, tires, maintenance contracts, etc.) Up to date solutions to control major fleet expenditures Resource Planning Manage driver behaviour to ensure a high level of customer service Plan, review and develop the workshop technicians’ capabilities on best practices and specialised vehicles and equipment services along with suppliers as well as preparing and conducting training as scheduled System Management Develop, maintain, and ensure the implementation of a dynamic Preventive Maintenance schedule in accordance to supplier recommendation and historic company data Develop and manage fleet related dashboards capturing the main performance indicators for the health of the fleet (consumption, availability, and safety) Coordinate with Global and Local Delivery Centres on the development of dashboards that records driver behaviour and fleet impact on service delivery 100% dashboard implementation and utilisation Standardisation Strategy Study and review continuously the different specialised market and report on novelties and changes related to our fleet and equipment People Management Manage the performance of the team Develop and maintain teamwork among all teams promoting the sharing of ideas and best practice Report non-compliance cases and initiate actions as per ‘Managing Capability and Discipline Concerns Policy’ Manage and develop the Fleet Management team and ensure it is adequately sized and equipped, while making sure that succession planning is in place 100% completion of Performance Management Under performance addressed Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies Comply with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, standards received from regulatory and statutory bodies Proactively report superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may impact employee health, safety or environment Risk Management Report the risk tailored to the relevant audience Build risk awareness amongst team by providing support and training On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) reporting المهارات Mechanical Engineer or University degree in a related fieldCAFM/CAFS (Certified Automotive Fleet Manager) is advantageous Certification in Logistics Management is advantageous
