• Venue Management and event budget
• Managing all deliverables on site
• Oversee all the build and derig schedules
• Crowd Management (Medical, HSE, Traffic, Security, and Security Equipment)
• Structures (tents, cabins, ablutions)
• Production (Site Technical Equipment, Lighting, IT Infrastructure)
• Temporary Power Plan (Generator and Secondary Distribution)
• Staging, Scaffolding and Platforms
• Work closely with the Operations associate for all the onsite deliveries
• Waste Management
• Plant Site Services
• Infrastructure (fencing, trackway)
• Buggies and Mules management
