Sous Chef(Specialised in North Indian food)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to cook multi cuisine food however should be specialised in North Indian food for a small Indian Household in Dubai. Indian Nationality(Catholic/Hindu) Preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Creating a variety of menus based on the season and preferences of family members
Occasional dinner parties
Responsible for leaving the kitchen immaculate after mealtimes
Leave healthy snacks in the refrigerator
Chef should have a keen understanding of food/ kitchen sanitation
Preferably worked with a reputed restaurant
