The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Emiratization aligns the Emiratization objectives with HR Strategy & business capabilities current and projected, serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, works closely with business leaders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage UAE nationals talent, and develop approaches and integrated solutions that achieve shared organizational objectives. HR Business Partner (HRBP) formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Leads and manages the people management related the Emiratization agenda across the organization and leads the change management projects and manages the HR related communications; - Takes over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team; - Supports the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, by ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained; - Works within essential legal and risk guidelines. Builds a relationship between HR and the business, offering innovative solutions; - Understands the wider external commercial environment; able to identify both challenges and opportunities, the key organizational capabilities; - Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes related to the Emiratization across the organization; - Applies strategy to develop innovative and creative people solutions, Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies, Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management; - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., facilitation & coaching, talent management, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions); - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention; - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation, provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning promotions and transfers.
المهارات
6+ years of relevant experience as HR Generalist in UAE;
- A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Must be an expert in Arabic and English languages;
- Demonstrable experience in employee relations and performance management;
- High energy, resilient and pragmatic; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Credible, able to influence, challenge and build trust at a senior level;
- Strong consultancy, coaching and relationship management skills;
- Able to prioritize and balance cost and quality to get best value; able to see the big picture.
