• Working knowledge and understanding of the UAE
labour law.
المهارات
Requirements • At least 3 years work experience as a HR manager or similar role within the UAE.
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
• Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
• Good knowledge of labor legislation
• Leadership abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management; MSc is a plus
