Performance management specialist (Tagalog Speaker)

Job Description
The Performance management specialist is responsible to run performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends. Also, responsible to advise the management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives and legislation, the specialist is responsible to recommend, design and monitor short-term and long-term productivity strategies for the department
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Manage all departmental performance issues.
2- Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters.
3- Manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
4- Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.
5- Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management function for services across the department.
6- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
7- Embed/integrate performance management principles within the department including; strategic and service planning, operational service delivery, project and management.
