الوصف الوظيفي
• Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a
process environment.
• Support the development, and drive the achievement of the
annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the
global HR strategy.
• Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting.
• Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus .
المهارات
Requirements: 
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Must have minimum 4 -5 years work experience .
• Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Organization & People agenda to influence the business.
• Can develop plans and take through to action – engaging relevant
stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process
etc.

• Must have excellent communication skills.  Nationality: Europeans
