- المهارات
1. Deep knowledge of tools & processes required for
controlling & ensuring access to systems,
environment and roles as well as their underlying
technology (Technical)
2. Knowledge of the current toolset and capabilities for
access controls as well as possible remediation for
current challenges (Technical)
3. Deep experience in applying new methodologies to
Identity & Access management including the
interpretation of policies & standards, and their
proactive application (Technical)
4. Identify areas of improvement and enhance domain
by driving innovative ways of addressing
authentication and authorization (Technical)
5. Deep general banking and business area knowledge
is necessary in order to steer identity & access
management changes (Technical)
6. Additional deep ENBD-specific knowledge of the
business requirements for identity & access control as
well as current regulatory topics and responsibilities
preferred (Technical)
7. Technical knowledge of principles such as Need-to
Know, Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties
(Technical)
8. Deep technical knowledge of user identities and how
they managed on heterogeneous operating systems,
databases and web server technologies (Technical)
9. Experience in automating identity management
(Technical)
10. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and
governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST,
COBIT, HIPAA, PCI, Sarbanes Oxley, GLBA, SOC
/SSAE16 with respect to identity management
(Technical)
11. Knowledge of cloud based and federated identity
management solutions and approaches
12. Collaborative leadership style that involves a mix of
resource & project planning along with delegation,
decision making & conflict resolution (Management)
13. Decent verbal & written communication skills;
(Management)
14. Technical & Audit Stakeholder Management skills
(Management) Education 1. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science,
Mathematics or equivalent discipline
2. Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
3. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA,CISM
4. Executive Education training (like Harvard, INSEAD,
etc.) 3-5 years’ experience in leading an identity & access
management domain and implementation of centralized
identity services (federated or otherwise) in a banking
environment
