SUPERVISOR - Rudder & Propeller

الوصف الوظيفي
Develop, interpret and follow method statements and procedures in addition to understanding specifications, drawings and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation. Co-ordinate work progress with SRM, superintendent, other trades with his own department. Liaise with invoicers / estimators to ensure that department and commercial targets are synchronized and met. Develop detailed completion program with manpower loading.
Identifying and act upon opportunities for improvement to work & safety related matters. Participate in accident investigation, root cause analysis and provide assistance in preparing reports. Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the ……department / section to ensure compliance with the established standard and procedures.

المهارات
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Extensive familiarity with mechanical works with at least 5 years’ of experience as lead foreman or supervisor in marine or new building yard.
