Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Description and Requirements
Description:

- Knowledge of Scada/HMI/PLC trouble shooting /Repair of AC servo motor etc.

Rig Up & Troubleshooting of Electrical Equipment.
Commissioning & Installation of SCR, KEMS and PLC Systems and various NOV equipment.
Electrical Upgrade and Surveys
Create electrical engineering drawings, BOM’s and MR’s.

- Technical Support
Carry out all Duties Safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy
Other task may be assigned from time to time as requested
Work in accordance with standard NOV QMS (API, ISO, IMS, etc)
Follow company policies and standard
Ensure that the work environment is safe and report any unsafe conditions/acts

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS(ILLUSTRATIVE NOT EXHAUSTIVE)

Internal: Good relationship with the employees
External: Good relationship with customers and suppliers

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Qualification

University Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related course

Experience

5 to 7 year of experience in the manufacturing industry out of which more than 2 year working as maintenance technician for the manufacturing industry.

Skill & Competencies

Electrical Equipment Knowledge, able to read and interpret drawings and diagrams, computer knowledge.

Knowledge of Scada/HMI/PLC trouble shooting /Repair of AC servo motor etc.
