Our mission is simple: to help people and businesses grow. For our Belgian client, a leading architectural firm specialised in residential projects, we look for an experienced Archicac architect to start up in February.  Because of the overload of the work, we want to have an architect who immediately understands the needs of our client, and who takes care of the necessary communication.
We work remotely, which is why daily digital communication is necessary. We prefer someone who is used to working remotely and can guide the client in this new way of working. You mainly design residential projects, although occasionally our client may have industrial projects to work out as well, but also interior projects, such as kitchen design, bathrooms and dressings. As a successful architect, you will be working on projects from conception through to completion. Everything is designed in 3D.

You are a technical match when:
- You are an architect by education and you are in possession of a bachelor degree.
- Your experience exists within Archicad. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Archicad and version 23 has no secrets for you.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- You are an expert in 3D design.
- You have extensive technical experiences in construction techniques and bespoke detailing.
- You have good knowledge of finishes and materials.
- You are able to manage a varied workload, against a tight schedule.
- You have knowledge of the planning approval process.
- You have extensive knowledge of the European building regulations approval process.
- Knowledge of BIM technology is an asset.
