Manage the department revenue targets and profitability, as well as for the budgeting and effective utilisation of overhead expenses, manpower resources and capital expenditure Responsible for achieving and reporting against financial targets laid out in the annual budget. Monitor and review financial performance against budget on a regular basis Oversee the day-to-day operations of the respective branches, ensuring the highest possible service and safety standards for both customers and staff Identify new markets and manage sources of business that present additional revenue earning opportunities and establish sales and marketing plans with the business development units Manage the relationship building activities of the team to ensure optimum rates with airlines, hotels and overseas DMCs for their customers Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results and maintain an up-to-date data of all competitive marketing activities |
