* Lead generation and liaise with contractors, consultants, architects and end users
* Strong financial and commercial acumen and price and contract negotiation skills.
* Experience or Knowledge on designing led lighting using Dialux, Photoshop & AutoCAD
* Implementing new processes and tools to drive sales performance through innovation
