الوصف الوظيفي
· Project Manager
· Managing the cost, design, development and delivery of temporary event/exhibitions.
· Coordinating and liaising closely between external vendors, the main client, contractors and suppliers.
· Work with the CEO in creating custom proposals for potential clients.
· Willing to go out and meet new clientele on sales visits.
· Minimum 2 years of Experience in Management of Wedding or Events.
· Must have UAE Driving License with Own Car.
المهارات
· Experience in management of UAE projects. Exhibition ‘content’ delivery/installation experience.
· Must have experience working with complex AV, lighting, graphics and other innovative elements.
· Pro-active, quality focused and not afraid to make decisions.
· Flexibility in changing requirements.
· Prior experience in customer service, support or project management.
· Significant work experience as an events planner or organizer.
· Superb time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to oversee multiple projects independently.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Experience in the Event Management industry is mandatory.
· Candidates who can join immediate will be considered.
· Can speak Arabic and English.
