We supply architects, designers and private consumers across the world with textiles and textile-related products.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our office in Dubai. You will refer directly to the Country Director and be responsible for achieving sales targets and strengthening our presence in Middle East.
About the job
We are looking for a committed person with experience in contract market sales in Middle East. Your primary task is to strengthen and develop our position in the contract sales market in the fields of textiles, design and acoustics, through consulting key stakeholders within the A&D;community and end-users.
Some of your key tasks will be:
To be responsible for the entire b2b contract sales process – from inception to completion, including but not limited to specification, project management and negotiation.
To close new and existing projects in close collaboration with local back up team as well as specialists from our global sales team and HQ.
To expert and share detailed product knowledge and help the community to explore possibilities within our textile and acoustic collections and implement ideas.
To increase our project portfolio.
To work with our CRM and project management system in a structured manner.
To develop new and existing relationships to key stakeholders at all level through meeting activity and entertainment.
To maintain design studios’ libraries.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate is ambitious, goal-oriented and sales-driven.
You are committed, focused and have a strategic approach to project management.
You have strong competencies in building relationships and network, with internal and external clients at different levels, and a desire to work independently with sales.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills and a strong mind for business and service.
You are able to plan and work independently, but also a great team player.
English is our corporate language and we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in both verbal and written English.
You are honest, open-minded and proactive.
Experience and Skills Required
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a high profiled company.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong ability to navigate in the B2B contract business working with architects, designers, contractors, manufacturers and professional end consumers.
Knowledge and/or interest in acoustics and textile-related interior solutions.
Full-time bachelor degree or above.
