Furchild has even more ambitious growth plans for 2020 and is looking for Customer Experience Associates to join our team and help us to reach our sales goals and change the pet food industry! #mustlovepets WHAT’S THE ROLE? Customer Experience Associate Our Customer Experience team sits at the front line of a burgeoning startup that is committed to delivering the best experience at every stage. We’re looking for an advocate for our customers –– someone who continuously raises the bar by inventing creative solutions on the fly. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service and build your skills in analytics, sales, and communications. This role is largely office/phone based. We are currently hiring for a variety of full time schedules and applicants must have availability to work weekends. You must be able to:
Deliver exceptional customer service through one-on-one interactions
Leave every prospective and current customer feeling loved and valued
Manage customer relationships across multiple channels, including emails, phones, our order management system and more!
Be target driven and smash our team sales targets
Utilize feedback to improve systems and assist in developing the Furchild Customer Journey
Track responses and work with product team to develop future improvements
Learn to be a health and nutrition wiz; provide support on dog health, care, and wellness
Participate in cross-functional projects with opportunities for growth, i.e. customer insights, user experience, operations

Other Experience:
Proficiency in English is mandatory both verbally and written.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited three-year college or university.
Previous experience in customer-centric roles (retail, food service, etc.)
Experience with pets or health-foods preferred
Interest in working in a pet-friendly, fast-moving environment
Full UAE’s driver’s license (some driving/travel will be required)
