Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for the UAE business and handle 360 recruitmentWork on volume recruitment campaigns for engineers and technical staffManage social media and digital recruitment platforms using innovative attraction strategiesWork with a variety of key stakeholders and line managersBe on hand for employee relations, working with the HR team to solve issues
Profile
Must have experience working in a multinational engineering business (500+ employees) and proven experience in volume hiring in engineeringArabic speakers are preferred8+ years experience in recruitment and familiar with UAE employment lawDegree educated, ideally with a qualification in engineering or related subjectStrong English communication skills
Job Offer
Salary AED 30-35,000 plus family benefits
