الوصف الوظيفي Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops and software complying with given standards and guidelines Setup computer systems for new users and instruct on access to company systems including, email, desktop applications and accounting systems Knowledge on networks and basic troubleshooting Remote troubleshooting and application support Identify and repair hardware and network connectivity issues Assist with support of multifunction office printers and desktop printers Make recommendations and implement enhancements for increased uptime, performance and reliability Ensure all end-user equipment is kept up to date with security patches and feature upgrades المهارات SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all inclusive, depending on qualifications and experience, plus conveyance expenses HIRING COMPANY: Major Retail Group WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1-month max) EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / Permanent CANDIDATE PROFILE: Open to any nationality, preferably Filipino, Indian, and Pakistani candidates Male, 24 to 35 years old EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or any related degree and certification At least 2 years of work experience in desktop or network support and troubleshooting Strong experience with Windows 8/10 desktop operating systems Knowledge of Retail POS Support / application is an added advantage Must have a valid UAE driving license Has good communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة
