Your role as the prime brand ambassador is to attract, assess, and retain talent to meet the growth plans of the company.
You will work with line managers to understand their talent requirements through job analysis and assessment, develop attraction strategies and manage the end to end recruitment process in a candidate centric way.
Responsibilities include:
Develop employer brand and capture the audience through marketing, job fairs headhunting activities.
Act as a business partner to provide a proactive recruitment service.
Contribute toward the hiring strategy by creating talent pools and future pipe-lining activities.
Take briefs and guide line managers on the recruitment process by identifying key skills needed within the business.
Create job profiles, post adverts, screen and interview candidates and prepare offers.
Promote the brand awareness through recruitment activities and working with marketing on attraction strategies
المهارات
Essential experience and knowledge:
At least 3 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency), within a fast paced and busy environment
Fluency in German or Spanish language (as well as English)
Experience within the hospitality or real estate sector
Degree or professional qualification in HR
PASSION, about recruiting the best talent, and willingness to \’go the extra mile\’ to achieve goals.
Desired experience and knowledge:
Experience using HRIS - Cloud-based is preferred
Experience working in the European market is highly desired
Knowledge of attraction, selection and retention strategies within a global business
Influencing and negotiation skills at all levels
