Great opportunity for an experienced senior operations manager to lead the Australian Pavilion team in a dynamic and challenging major event environment.
Must have experience in the development and implementation of venue or major event operational plans across staffing, crowd management, functions, OH&S;and security. Candidates should be financially astute with the ability to negotiate and manage commercial contracts.
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-discipline and high achieving teams, reporting to a complex management structure and the ability to work co-operatively with senior government stakeholders will be crucial to securing this great leadership position.
المهارات
Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be highly advantageous.
