Depot Manager - Bus

Give support in Depot Budget Planning
Preparation and implementation of annual operational plans
Ensure total compliance with Operational, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and Employment concerns
Prepare Progress Reports for all open projects and strategic plans
Review and Approve the maintenance plan
Daily VOR Meeting among Operation, Mainetnance, and contractors/suppliers teams
Investigate and Report all complaints, accidents and incidents with proper action and solution
Allocation and Utilization of resources
Allocation of vehicles and drivers for daily operations and maintenance
Safety standards, procedures and regulations
Availability to attend to emergencies and crises
Weekly sites visit
Analyse, review and develop key performance indicators
Responsible for the fuel stock and monitor the fuel consumption
المهارات
Bachelor degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil Electromechanical/Computer Science / Business Management (Finance, Accounting) from a recognized University.
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
