As the Group Finance Manager, you will lead a diverse team responsible for the reporting, planning and consolidations, ensuring business performance is optimized. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing finance policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to the group accounting policies and other regulatory requirements
Review of the monthly and yearly consolidated financial statements and reporting packages
Variance analysis of the budgets and forecasts
Group and regional audit liaison
Presentation of annual and monthly Group performance to Senior Management.

Be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA)
Experience in the Big 4 and industry is essential. Logistics industry experience would be advantageous
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experienced in group consolidations
Be a confident, strong communicator who can negotiate and influence decision making
You must be a dynamic, fast learner who can adapt to change
The nature of the role will require international travel
