الوصف الوظيفي · The inspections of rooms and cable containment prior to acceptance and confirm room acceptance requirements. Provide written inspection reports. · Supervise the Installation Sub Contractor and provide technical and logistical support during the installation works · Generate Installation Method Statements Site Survey reports for the works · Working closely with the design team to ensure the delivery of all necessary materials, cables and equipment and drawings required to carry out the works are available as required · Administers assigned subcontracts to ensure contract remains up to date in areas such as drawings, specifications, cost and schedule - Coordinates with the Field Construction Manager on activities affecting the contract administration operation · Coordinates with engineering design on constructability issues · Reviews and/or supervises, as assigned, the preparation of construction estimates, cost engineering studies, schedules and budgets - Analyzes assigned construction activities to determine the scope, time and resource requirements · Ensures that vendors’ bids for material and equipment are in conformance to specifications · Coordinates the interfacing between the construction automation plan and the project controls program at the jobsite. Reviews project controls documents on progress relating to cost and schedule · Performs personnel evaluation of assigned subordinate personnel and ensures they receive progressive training · May direct minimal numbers of manual craft field forces · Works with various functions to ensure the project achieves corporate goals set for environmental, safety & health, quality, cost, and schedule · Act as the Construction signaling lead discipline engineer, coordinating related discipline activities and interfacing with other areas/disciplines on the jobsite · Ensuring safe working practices are always adhered to and the quality of the installation is to the highest standards المهارات · Degree holder with Engineering/Computer Science Background, · Must have strong organization, time management, communication and people skills, be able to multi-task and work under pressure, · Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. · Knowledge of the use of subcontracts; knowledge of the contractor/ subcontractor’s responsibilities contained in subcontract documents. · Proficiency skills in sub-contractor management · Good negotiation skill & assertive, · Good command of both written and spoken English, تفاصيل الوظيفة
