Roles & Responsibilities

Undertake desk-based research, including market mapping exercises, to identify suitable candidates to meet the specific requirement of each assignment brief
Directly source top talent using recruiting tools and job boards such as LinkedIn and other relevant job portals for the respective countries Talent Acquisition activities
Assist in the composition and proofreading of tenders, proposals, role profiles and client pitch documentation
Maintain real-time assignment trackers and prepare campaign updates and management information for clients
Proofing of CVs and supporting assessment documentation in relevant corporate layout
Maintaining and updating candidate, assignment and placement records
Undertake ad hoc research to assist with business development and to provide supporting documentation allowing comprehensive preparation for client meetings
المهارات
Requirements

Qualification & experience:

Degree / Diploma qualified, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, detail oriented
Minimum 2 – 5 years of resourcing/ researching experience on a regional front

Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic a must.
