The Company
• Leading international manufacturer of static equipment for the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.
• They have three manufacturing facilities in the GCC and a global client base.
• They are part of a larger international corporation that generate a $bn turnover.

The Opportunity
• This is a new position in the business reporting to the Operations Director.
• Delivery of operational excellence using lean principles and methodologies.
• Provide continuous improvement and business benefits through structured projects.
• Train, coach and manage the leadership team to implement lean methodologies and techniques into the business.
• Provide structured training to all personnel to implement lean methodologies and techniques into the business.
• Lead strategy and initiatives to improve efficiency in the business by a target of 20%.
• Be an inhouse expert on lean manufacturing.
• Deliver on internal manufacturing and engineering projects that utilise lean methodology to improve efficiency.
• Deliver on KPI’s relating to Quality Cost Delivery (QCD).

المهارات
The Candidate
• Strong background in Engineering and/or Manufacturing.
• 3-5 years proven expertise in coaching, leading and mentoring to implement lean methodologies into a variety of business environments.
• Expertise of all lean principles, procedures, methods and techniques.
• Core knowledge in CPS, Process Re-engineering, process mapping, SMED, Kaizen and Yamazumi.
• Influencing and change management skills.
• Proven training skills.
