الوصف الوظيفي
1) Understand the evolution of project concept, designs, scope & complexities of the project to draw up a smooth implementation plan.

2) Coordinating with Consultants and Contractors to ensure effective execution of the project.

3) Study & review the tender documents of projects so that best of the bidder is awarded with most competitive terms.

4) Monitor and take actions to ensure that the project execution in all parameters will accomplish completion with Quality, Workmanship, within Cost budget and Time frame.

5) Reviewing regularly submittals/approvals for selected materials & shop drawings of sample items & mock-ups etc. to achieve full compliance and avoid delays.

6) Organising meetings periodically with Consultants, Contractors and preparing weekly and monthly progress report of the job.

7) Verify variations for Addition, Omission & time implications and take timely corrective measures.

8) Effectively supervise compliance to regulations & ensuring safe execution so that the project does not default on any Municipal or other Authorities regulations at any point of time.

9) Receive the program of work and attend to full compliance with it by providing timely decision, anticipate and avoid obstructions and apply recovery techniques or penalties.

10) Seek advice from superiors and peers, and external experts, whenever appropriate or available. Share experience and solutions with other members of the PDM team.

11) Ensure contractual responses and notifications are given by the Consultant in case of defaults to protect the interest of the Employer.

Maintain high degree of HSE requirements and create metrics for higher degree of control.

المهارات
Minimum educational, professional and vocation qualification required: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant fields. Familiar with FIDIC terms of Contract
Minimum years of relevant work experience: 15 years of which major part would be in managing large scale fit-out of works in the hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate would have worked in a professional environment where use of technology is encouraged to produce improved results namely, Primavera, BIM, etc…, working knowledge on MEP services will be an added advantage.
Good at communication, supervisory skills, strict in discipline and of very high ethics & integrity.
