A leading Professional Cosmetics / Cosmetiucal company is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer who is mainly responsible for driving and delivering sustained revenue for the business. With direct responsibility for all revenue generating business lines and marketing functions across global operations, the CCO will take ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the company’s product and service offering, making sure that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives, and will lead the organization’s strategic management function, in drafting, implementing and evaluating cross-functional decisions that will enable an organization to achieve its long-term objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop, direct and implement the business strategy and create meaningful KPIs
Provide revenue and financial support to the executive team.
Develop, direct and implement the business strategy.
Plan, direct and administer the organization s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial performance, quality, and legislative adherence.
Identify business development opportunities, and prepare feasibility studies for their successful implementation.
Implement and maintain sales and marketing processes to achieve sales objectives.
Manage, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
Manage sales/commercial and marketing teams while motivating, driving and developing talent.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of annual budgets incorporating cash flow requirements, capital expenditure, business development and forecasted company growth.
Propose annual salary reviews and annual bonuses to be approved by the Board.
Develop Key Performance Indicators for all direct reports.
Co-Focus:
Leadership: Deliver strategic leadership for characterizing the business path to development and profitability of the organization and the establishment of a successful development procedure and framework. Create synergistic working connections inside the association in pursuit of for the of the organization’s general business goals.
Business Development: Develop, implement a strategy and provide leadership for enterprise-wide business development opportunities. Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for revenue growth.
Sales: Develop and execute the organization’s business system across key market segments to guarantee that the organization distinguishes and enhances a clear way to aggressive growth. Evaluate, assemble and deal with a variety of essential channels capable of delivering on the organization’s development targets. Including Distributors, Direct Sales and ecommerce. Lead sales channels to meet and exceed income targets.
Marketing: Lead development of the company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth with a particular emphasis on cost-effective customer acquisition and market demand generation.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively with people within a multinational environment.
Ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
Prior work experience in Medical devices / Medical aesthetics companies is an advantage
At least 7 years’ experience in the medical aesthetics or similar industry
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
Demonstrated experience in developing AND executing successful commercialization strategies for both large corporate and/or early-stage companies
Demonstrates the ability to work in complex organizations and also able to build strong relationships and credibility with a broad range of stakeholder groups
Strong and demonstrated strategic thinking skills
Passionate with a drive for delivery
Able to establish a strong empathy and personal credibility, both commercially and functionally, with a range of internal and external stakeholders up to and including Group Board level
Outstanding sales management skill
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to be hands-on as well strategic
Experience in stakeholder management including C-suite, Board and shareholders
