الوصف الوظيفي 2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 3. Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features 4. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries 5. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis 6. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales 7. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas 8. Actively seek out customers in store 9. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options 10. Process POS (point of sale) purchases 11. Cross sell products 12. Handle returns of merchandise 13. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service 14. Build productive trust relationships with customers 15. Comply with inventory control procedures 16. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design) المهارات 2. Preferably worked in Sales or BD in Plastic Industry or Trading company 3. Network/connection in Supermarkets and Facility management companies 4. Working understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 5.
