JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling the whole customer purchasing life cycle from assisting with wine choices to completing transactions and deliveries
Dealing with VIP customers whether it is in store, via e-mail or on the telephone
Stocking, replenishing, and cleaning the sales area in both stores
Monitoring and updating product display areas
Dealing with customer enquiries and queries both diplomatically and professionally at all times
Completing administrative tasks and running reports through Excel, Tableau, AX, Outlook and MRMS
Ordering and receiving stock from the warehouse and ensuring all stock movements are well managed
Perform other duties as requested by the Manager

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
Open to European Nationalities
Male, 40 years old and below, preferrably single
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or any relevant course
WSET Level 3 Certificate is a must
at least 1 year working experience in a High luxury Wine industry/F&B;/Hospitality/Retail
Expert in wine and spirits a team player as well as self-starter
With initiative, self-motivated and goal orientated
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding in English language both oral and written
Well-presented individual
