Basic Requirements:
Candidate should be UAE National.
Must have a minimum of 7-10 years’ of core experience in Recruitment, Talent Aquisition and HR.
Experience in Emiratization is a plus point.
Candidates from government & Semi-Government Companies are warmly welcomed.
It would be a plus if the candidate has experience in recruiting for people of determination and Executive Level positions
He/ She will be responsible for 45 to 60 + recruits per year at a single level.
He/ She will be directly responsible for the manager and above grades recruitment. Hence, the person needs to have a very hands-on experience and not solely rely on the team

The person will be reporting to the Executive Director
The person will be responsible for the recruitment strategy, managing agencies as well as managing the whole recruitment process (incl team).
المهارات
Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Defence, Nuclear, Construction & Engineering backgrounds would be preferred. However, people from other backgrounds with strong skills will be considered as well.
