Our client is the number one producer of OEM compatible toner cartridges in the region; with an at in-house production facility, which fully remanufactures printer cartridges. They are seeking an experienced sales professional to build an effective sales team and focus on growth objectives for its products and services across key markets in the Middle East, Africa, CIS, India and Pakistan.
This allows the client to offer
1. an eco-friendly and legally compliant alternative
2. a distinct price advantage
3. comparable quality and reliability
when compared to new OEM cartridges.

Main responsibilities of the role:
1. To recruit and manage the Export sales team, initially with two Export Executives
2. Identify, screen and appoint suitable local partners across the region servicing the corporate, (semi-)government and NGO channels
3. Train and develop local partners to ensure quality customer service to local customers and ongoing growth in In-Market-Sales
4. Accurately forecast and deliver against monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue & margin KPI’s
Remuneration
· AED15k – 25k; very attractive variable pay based on incremental margin generated
