Required experienced Sales and Marketing professionals in Construction Heavy equipment and machinery field .
Key requirements and responsibilities :
1) Experience in sales and business development or rental of construction heavy equipment i.e., Tower cranes , Mobile cranes , concrete machinery, Foundation machinery in local market as well as MENA region .
2) Must have sound knowledge about technical information and specs of the construction heavy equipment and machinery.
3) Monitor and report on upcoming opportunities within U.A.E and other locations identified as of Interest
4) Maintaining and creating existing and new customer database.
5) Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
6) Generating MIS reports and to update the management about sales and service performance and facilitate the decision making process
7) Carry out market research, competitor and identifying new business opportunities to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
8) Handling of all sales and logistical activities involved in both international and domestic sales and rental
9) Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategy to reflect market conditions, when necessary
10) To prepare quotation/tenders/proposals based on customer requirement and approved price list, if required consulting with the Products Department, Inventory & logistics department for pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
11) Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
12) Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with order-processing & Operations staff.
13) Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented .
