• BE or B Tech Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Facilities -
Management industry in GCC out of which 3 – 5 years in
Senior Management role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple contracts at a -
time.
• Full Knowledge of bidding and costing process.
• Experience in all kind of managerial service with
Contractors and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
