Talent Acquisition Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy for the company, and advise the talent team and business leadership team on the selection process.

You will work closely with line managers to identify key organisational gaps, manage manpower plans and ensure succession planning is completed.

High volume intake of new drivers will also be required, so planning and executing successful recruitment and assessment days will be an important aspect to this role.

You will provide an efficient, effective, professional and comprehensive recruitment service to ensure the best possible candidates are recruited and retained so they are able to deliver excellent outcomes for the business.

Develop and oversee the recruitment strategy for the business.

This includes but is not limited to completing an annual manpower forecast and align resources to meet the required targets.

Oversee and deliver on all recruitment needs for the business, this will include high volume blue collar as well as senior roles within the business

Compile accurate monthly recruitment reports – including cost to hire, attrition rate within 1 year etc.

At least 5 years recruitment experience
Must have experience within blue collar/ transport industry sectors
Must have high volume recruitment experience
Ability to deal with a high pressured environment, and manage multiple roles efficiently
Previous agency experience would be an advantage
