الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities for this role include: - Own and meet annual payment collection targets within District 2020; - Own and manage property handover plan and targets within District 2020; - Own and manage customer documentation and tracking of key dates and communication; - Develop and execute strategic plan for customer relations to contribute to overall Business Development department strategic objectives. - Proactively make recommendation of new customer services through market led initiatives; - Develop and execute property handovers to customers; - Work closely with Finance, Free Zone, and Property Management teams to ensure effective customer management and superior customer journey.
