Senior Manager - Production

Reporting to the Technical Director and working alongside the Technical Team and Creative Team, the Senior Managers, Production will work to develop the required technical elements that will support the events that will take place in Al Wasl Plaza.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

- Manage, coordinate and develop the system integration requirements with regard to replay and live audio systems, monitor audio systems, rehearsal audio systems, audio cabinet rigging, structures required to support audio equipment, audio control systems, data networks and audio cabling;

- Manage, coordinate and develop Al Wasl Plaza requirements with regard to UPS systems, power distribution, power cables, data cables, cable containment and cable pathways including those required for lighting, AV, audio, comms, IEMs (Immersive Experience Systems) and other systems as required;

- Manage and coordinate the technical design of the staging, rigging and automation elements;

- Manage and liaise with contractors and suppliers, from design through to delivery for staging, rigging and automation elements;

- Develop, execute and manage health and safety plans to current local health and safety legislation;

- Understand and ensure that all works are compliant with current local health and safety legislation;

- Manage technical staff, associated consultants and related suppliers in the delivery of their duties;

- Responsible for reviewing, managing and monitoring visiting productions working collaboratively with the in–house technical and operations team.

المهارات
8+ years of experience in Staging & Scenic, major events & International Theatres, as well as;

- A Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field;

- Significant experience with planning and delivery of large scale Al Wasl Plaza and shows;

- Knowledge of Mega Event operational planning and delivery;

- Significant experience in delivering large, complex programmes of work;

- A track record of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams effectively;

- Ability to manage, direct and coordinate a wide range of people at differing levels of authority;

- Ability to develop positive relationships among internal and external stakeholders, peers and senior management.
