Responsible for development, implementation and effective delivery of CSR & Communication strategies at a group level. Also drives employee engagement activities and culture (core values, team building) in cooperation with the different BU HR Managers.
Implements approved communication and CSR strategies ensuring they are aligned with company/group policies, business needs and overall vision. Works under general direction.
المهارات
Degree in Communication / Marketing / CSR
Relevant experience of around 5 – 7 years leading CSR ,Communication projects & branding, preferably in the UAE.
Organized with a strong ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Worked with diverse cultures and corporate settings.
Innovative and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Detail oriented
Strategy formulation and problem solving.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
Collaborative and team oriented
