Response to train associates in proper use of chemicals.
Maintaining of logbook for communication purpose.
Maintaining a proper temperature checklist for all dish machines and filled out daily.
Complete special tasks assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
Daily organization and cleaning of the back door.
Responsible for proper trash handling.
Attend weekly daily BEO meeting, monthly kitchen meeting.
Report any problems and health hazards immediately to supervisor or chef.
Checking that time cards are punched in and out in uniform.
Responsible for clean rags in the kitchen and removal of the used ones immediately.
