About the Role
We are looking for NOC Support Analyst. You will provide dedicated support to Planet’s Technology stack blocks and refund platforms.
What you will do
• The candidate should be flexible to work in both on-site and in 24x7 NOC environment and also to work on remote management tools like TeamViewer, PRTG, and Nagios etc.
• Candidate should also be comfortable to work in a 24x7 shift-basis environment.
• End-user equipment’s support aka laptops, Windows OS with CompTIA A+ Knowledge for maintenance.
• Service Desk ticketing using tool like Jira, HP Service Desk Etc.
المهارات
• Minimum of Two years’ experience in IT Support & Monitoring.
• Candidate should also be comfortable to work in a 24x7 shift-basis environment.
• TCP/IP experience and troubleshooting skills that invokes: Networking cabling, cramping tools, and DNS principles.
• UAE Driving License is a big advantage.
• Windows Power CLI Scripts writing experience to monitor windows based self-service kiosk vital resources of CPU, RAM & Storage in vast geographical distribution area.
• Effective team player. Works effectively with others to identify and resolve issues.
• Effective communicator, orally and in writing.
• Technical. Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel or other database applications.
• Written and spoken fluency in English required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required as minimum. Knowledge of commercial financial products/services.
• Understanding of banking/financial services industry. Basic understanding of payments products, services, and operations (or equivalent in other financial services organizations).
