Product Operations Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities

○ Manage new product launches and feature releases with Effective
Communication and Collaboration across all Departments
○ Collaborate and Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Hardware Vendors, and
Product Engineers for Customer Deployments and Order Fulfillments
○ Streamline, automate, and improve the efficiency of Device Initialization,
Configuration, and Shipping of Enterprise level orders
○ Own all components related to Training and Onboarding, Device Configuration,
Automated Billing, Device Usage, and RMAs.
○ Collaborate with Marketing to compile, create, and translate User Guides,
Installation Guides, or other Marketing material as needed
○ Collaborate with Product Technical Engineers for existing and new product
introductions regularly
○ Diagnose process issues and deploy process changes as needed to optimize
○ Monitor the usage of processes to onboard and configure existing and new
products and identify any gaps or defects
○ Build empathy and passion for user experience and trust across the company

Knowledge/Skill Requirement

○ Extremely well organized, focused and diligent toward executing processes
○ Self-motivated and an energetic advocate for continuous process improvement
○ Must demonstrate ability to succeed in fast paced, rapidly changing
environments
○ Ability to operate effortlessly in a demanding, cross functional environment
○ Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams
○ Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
○ Excellent computer skills, specific proficiency using business tools such as MS
Office, Salesforce, Quickbooks and an aptitude to learn new applications
○ Business-related travel may be required
