Responsibilities
○ Handle incoming client inquiries (phone, email, etc.) according to SLA rules
○ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by clients
○ Provide assistance with client’s technical requests
○ Provide client training on hardware, web-platform, & apps
○ Proactively identify product issues and recommend changes
○ Maintain documentation of client interactions
○ Maintain accurate account records and data entry
○ Maintain and submit monthly technical reports
○ Provide reports on investigations, issues, or discoveries to manager
○ Maintains and adds to knowledge base
○ Proactively monitors client accounts to discover and resolve issues
○ Provide on-site client visits for training, troubleshooting, or installation
○ Provide clients advice and recommendations to optimize client operations
○ Keeps current with changing industry regulations
○ Develops and maintains a positive professional network
○ Maintain or exceed performance measure expectations
المهارات
Knowledge/Skill Requirement
○ Minimum three (3) years of technical experience
○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
○ Experience creating, documenting and closing incidents via a ticketing system
○ Working knowledge of current Windows & Mac OSX operating systems
○ Strong understanding in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point,
Access, etc)
○ Understanding of Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
○ Experience with collaboration tools, remote support tools, along with ticketing
systems and have a working knowledge of networking and server systems
○ 15-20% travel as required
○ Fluent in English
○ Sim and Cellular experience
○ SalesForce experience
○ Working for a software company
