JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Extensive client-facing and internal communication skills

Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements

Developing project controls standards, policies and procedures and change management programs

To manage the project control resources required to deliver a multiple million pound cross functional engineering project

Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls

Produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.

Establishing and managing the project master schedule, budget and project cost control, risk management plan, document control and change control

Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, cost and risks, identify trends and recommend corrective actions

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQURIED:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related course
With minimum 3 years’ experience as Senior Project Controls Engineer and 6 years of proven work experience in Project Control Field
Large Scale Oil and Gas (or other Energy) EPC Projects work experience is a must
Aramco or ADNOC projects experience is highly preferred
Middle East work experience is a plus
Expert user of MS Office and with sound knowledge in Primavera P6 or ERP Systems
Ability to handle the Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Cost Estimation, Contract Administration & Change Management, Risk Management and reporting
