Assistant house Butler

الوصف الوظيفي
· Cleaning duties to maintain a clean and healthy environment all the time.

· Care and inventory of artwork and antiques (silver, crystals, paintings etc.)

· Schedule repairs for house appliances, and arrange maintenance visits (for example: light bulbs change, leakage) and all other house maintenance.

· Co-ordination and scheduling of service contractors (AC, Pest control, garden maintenance, swimming pool etc…)

· Managing the household’s schedules and calendars.

· Event organizing and coordination.

· Supervision of other household staff (housekeepers, nannies and drivers).

· Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items for the house which requires an Inventory list of food supply and grocery.

· Laundering, clothing ironing.

· Changing linens.

· Arranging dining table.

· Arrange outdoor and indoor seating regularly

· Pool area supervision
