الوصف الوظيفي Duties and Responsibilities: · Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns. · Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies and standards for realizing its branding and sales targets. · Plan and implement email and sms marketing and lead nurturing strategies. · Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments for optimized lead generation through various channels. · Plan and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets. · Own the use of our marketing technology platforms. · Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth. · Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed. · Take charge of the scope and direction of design and content creation. · Share qualitative content on different social media channels. · Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy. · Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on. · Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc. · Act as our community manager on our social media accounts. · Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc. · Work with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process. · Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities. · Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, to inform future growth strategies and opportunities. · Responsible for our website appearance and performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience. المهارات · Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to graphics. Diploma certificate is also acceptable · 3+ Years of working experience in related fields is an added advantage · Possess good understanding of digital production and marketing strategies · Possess proven experience in innovative digital campaign and effective service delivery · Possess proven experience in digital assets delivery · Ability to manage micro sites, social media applications, and online ads. · Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills. · Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills · Has a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in digital marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning. · Possess solid understanding of social media marketing and campaigning · Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties · Ability to deliver on deadline · Ability to multitask and to remain functional under intense pressure · Possess very strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Possess proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc. · Strong grasp of CSS, HTML 5, HTML, DreamWeaver, Framemaker is a plus. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/digital-marketing-specialist-4162606/ |
