Develop a growth strategy focused on achieving the top line financial targets agreed with the company leadership
Lead the execution of the growth strategy.
Maintain & develop the company’s portfolio of products & services
Plan and execute new marketing initiatives
Maintain Sales Pipeline and develop quarterly and monthly sales plans
Target current and potential customers with regular sales activities (visits, calls, emails etc.)
Update a daily log of sales & business activities
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Develop quotes and proposals
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Provide periodic reports to the company leadership
Client management by handling communication with clients and on-site project delivery.
المهارات
Passion for making an impact though innovation in the public sector
A degree in business, management, public sector, IT or relevant topic from a renowned university
Good know of public sector trendy innovation topics (e.g. smart cities)
Minimum work experience of 3 years in the GCC region
Proficient in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to fit a dynamic startup culture
Intellectual curiosity and creativity
Ability to handle stress well and maintain a positive attitude
Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow
Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
High interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with
colleagues, clients and partners
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
